I am a dedicated development professional with over three years of experience in research and insights. Currently, I am pursuing a fully-funded Doctoral degree in Public Policy and Political Economy at the School of Economic, Political, and Policy Sciences, University of Texas at Dallas. Concurrently, I work as a doctoral research and teaching assistant for international development and global health courses, where I also supervise undergraduate researchers, ensuring project success and timely completion.

 

My role as a researcher, over the year, has provided me with extensive experience in data collection, cleaning, quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and report/ grant writing for collaborative research projects in global health, political economy, and public policy. With a portfolio of over 30 projects employing both primary and secondary data, I specialize in quantitative and qualitative data analytics, with a deep understanding of econometrics, causal inference, and modeling. I hold a Masters degree in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with a semester spent studying at Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po, Paris.

Furthermore, I am an Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) certified CSR professional with hands-on experience in agile, predictive, and hybrid approaches. I am motivated to pursue a career in social impact, sustainable development, and academic research. As an environment policy, gender, and human rights advocate, I am skilled in designing well-being policies, impact assessment, and monitoring and evaluation systems. My research interests include women's health and safety, climate change, ESG, among others. I have prepared and presented a policy paper at Sciences Po on the impact of climate change on VAWG and SRH in disaster-prone regions of Bangladesh, and presented at SPSA 2024, New Orleans.
